I was diagnosed with tongue cancer in early 2017. I was so fortunate to have Mr Mark Singh as my surgeon who successfully removed the tumour and a number of lymph nodes. Radiotherapy followed since when he has checked my mouth and neck regularly with no sign of recurrence nearly 18 months after surgery. I cannot speak too highly of his excellent advice, skill and care nor of his relaxed approachability. I am (selfishly) very sorry he is leaving this area and wish him and his family well.

After the diagnosis of mouth cancer in early January 2018 I was extremely lucky to find myself under the care of the wonderful Mr Mark Singh. He has carried out three operations on me to-date and at all times is the ultimate professional, explaining everything as he goes and you feel completely that he has your care and well being at the forefront. Not only does he obviously have the technical skills needed to carry out such challenging work but also has the quality of being the ultimate professional in genuinely caring pastorally for the patient and ensuring we understand what is going on at all time. Please don't forget us in Essex Mr Singh, you are worth your weight in gold !

October 17, I was diagnosed with oral cancer for the second time, Mr. Mark Singh, he was my surgeon at Broomfield Hospital Chelmsford. He assured me and I felt really comfortable in his presence. I had three operations, which all went very well, thanks to Mr. Mark Singh and his team. I still have follow up appointments with Mr. Singh, he has given me confidence, such a gentleman. I cannot praise Mr. Singh enough. My sad loss, and many others, will be another hospital's gain, when he leaves. I would like to wish Mr. Mark Singh the best in life for him and his family. Mr. Mark Singh you are worth your weight in gold. Thank You. Margaret
